The Tenant Package consists of several components contained on the link for the applicable property location from this window, including, among other things, the following: (a) an applicable Design Criteria (depending upon whether you are a kiosk, an in-line space or restaurant); (b) the Contractor's Rules and Regulations; (c) a Sign Criteria; (d) the Plan Submittal and Approval Procedures and (e) other technical manuals.
Tenant is responsible for compliance with all applicable components of the Tenant package as provided for in Tenant's Lease with Landlord.
